Learnings from the Mechazilla Catch

 What a day.. still can't sleep, all I keep thinking about is the spaceX launch today and the subsequent catch by the Mechazilla equipment of the booster.

It's like something clicked inside the brain. Something that was always there waiting to be called upon when inspiration becomes plenty.

The amazing will of a man, and his team made this possible, and now makes you think all dreams are possible. All dreams are realisable. While we are at office thinking about small dispatches, small orders, policies for servicing, small incentives, we tend to forget about our promise about the future.

What are we aiming for?

Are we doing a disservice by not dreaming about outrageous things?

Let us dream outrageously once more, like when we were children, when we wanted to become astronauts, or become F1 Drivers, or travel the whole world and become adventurers looking for lost treasures. 

Let not the bonds of family, keep us involved in day to day mundane activities. Make them a part in this epic journey you are about to take. 

My key promises from this day on:

1. Create Big goals. Goals so big that people will scoff and think you're mad.

    "I want to create the world's most high tech company in Power electronics "

    The one creating the best, most cutting edge products in the field of power electronics, and I want to do that in India. 

Need to spend more time strategising, and not spend full days on idle fire fghting among employees.
